A Weight Loss Grail Review

Is the Weight Loss Grail a scam? I’ve read it and I can definitely say No. In fact, I expect this brand new diet ebook to be a big seller. The advice is solid and the concept is one that I think will work for anyone who commits to following the directions. I’ve decided to follow this program and see what the results are so this is a preliminary review based on my opinion of the book rather than what the actual results of the Weight Loss Grail plan are.

So far, I don’t find anything all that negative to report after following the plan for the past 5 days. I do already see the scale down by a few (2-3) pounds as well. So far, the only problem I’m having is eating as much as the diet tells me to eat. That sounds funny but you have to eat every few hours throughout the day and my body isn’t accustomed to this.

In order for it to work I have to try to be more conscious of how many hours since I last ate and that will help me keep portions smaller as well. I am having a minor problem remembering to drink all my water and do have to remind myself at dinner time to eat a smaller meal portion rather than a full meal but at other meals, I find the amount of food I’m eating to be satisfying and if I remember to eat often enough, I’m sure I’ll quickly get accustomed to the portion sizes. I know our stomach shrinks and so does our appetite when we reduce our portions and I also know that eating frequently is necessary to rev up your metabolism.

What I really like about the Weight Loss Grail

I like that I don’t have to follow a specific menu. The way the plan is laid out means that I can eat what my family is having for dinner. I did the Idiot Proof diet plan last year and comparing FL4I to The Weight Loss Grail in terms of dealing with feeding a family — the Grail plan is much easier to follow because I can eat what they’re having (with a few minor modifications). While the Idiot Proof diet plan does work, I had trouble on Fat Loss 4 Idiots because I had to do a special shopping trip for my food for the 11 days and found myself eating some unusual combinations that weren’t always easy. On the WLG plan there is a set of directions but I don’t have to eat only vegetables on one day and only fruit on another day. I can eat carbs and proteins at every meal.

Of course the diet is sensible and you can’t fill up on junk food but with frequent meals and being allowed to eat things like pasta, pizza, bread, and potatoes it’s much easier in terms of willpower. You don’t have to wait until a cheat day to have a treat as long as you’re sensible the rest of the day and keep portions small. This isn’t a starvation diet and seems like a very safe way to lose weight fast.
