They say that the law of attraction can get you anything you desire. Can it get you weight loss? It stands to reason that if you decide you’re going to get healthy, get wealthy, and get happy because you deserve it, you can also create the willpower to get to a healthier weight.
Living life to its fullest potential can include getting the body that you want. Sure, we’re not all designed to look like super models or Mr. America but we do have a certain amount of power over what we put into our bodies and how we treat ourselves. Your body is your temple. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy food but you can learn how to use positive thinking and surrounding yourself with the right people and mindset to make a difference to how you look.
Ann-Marie Caffrey’s e-book, Attract Weight Loss can help you. She’s offering a one week attract weight loss lesson free at her website.
Do you believe in the power of positive thinking? It can help weight loss efforts!
Positive thinking about what a gym workout would do for your body can get you to the gym. Positive thinking about how much good water will do for your body will have you reaching for a glass of water to quench your thirst and feed your body instead of your reaching for a sugar laden soda that won’t do much other than slow your efforts. Thinking of the glass as half full will help you muster on patting yourself on the back for a half pound of weight loss instead of feeling like a failure because you didn’t hit this week’s goal of two pounds. Realising that you gained weight this week but not beating yourself up for it and using it as a lesson about menu planning will help you instead of hurt you. Changing your thinking can make a dramatic difference in your life but we don’t always know how to change our thinking. Learning about the secret to the laws of attraction mindset from others who have used these laws to alter their lives can make a big difference in every aspect of our lives.
