Tweaking The Special K Cereal Diet

Here are some tips for tweaking the special k cereal diet to make it more interesting for the 2 weeks:
- Choose any cereal you like. It doesn’t have to be Special K. You do want to choose a cereal, though, that is low in calories and low in sugar
- Buy lots of different types of cereal. Special K has several different options
- Mix different fruit into your cereal each bowl. Mix it up to keep it interesting
- Don’t always opt for cereal for lunch and breakfast. If you have a bigger meal earlier in the day and choose to have your cereal at dinner time, that can be a great way to break up the boredom as well.
- Vary your diet and if you like, extend the diet to 20 days instead of 14 but do a minor cheat day after each span of five days.
- Tips for keeping it tolerable include lots of fruits and vegetables between meals. Eat cereal bars and don’t forget to stay well hydrated as well as take a multivitamin.
