Diet Tips: Getting Your 64 ozs of Water

Brenda at The Weight Reduction Coach posted about drinking water.   She asked how you get your required amount.

Here’s  a mirror of my comment about what I do:

I put a little shot glass beside the kitchen sink with eight pennies beside it. Each day I plunk a penny into the glass after I’ve had a glass or bottle of water. It helps to see how I’m progressing and because I visit the sink many times a day it’s a great reminder.

Water is vital for weight loss and metabolism so getting enough water is very helpful. Many diet gurus suggest that if you feel hungry, try drinking a glass of water and wait fifteen minutes. Chances are, you will feel satiated and not require the snack.
