Flat Belly Diet Facts

The prevention.com website is very useful for many aspects of health and I enjoyed an article on the Fat Belly Diet I recently read there. This diet suggests adding the following five foods to your diet:

nuts and seeds

  1. oil
  2. chocolate
  3. avocado
  4. olives
  5. nuts

In the Flat Belly Diet plan you use recipes of 400 calories for each meal and incorporate a serving of any of the above foods into the meal. When you use oil, use healthy oil. Chocolate should be dark chocolate which is filled with antioxidants.

The fact is that not only are you getting your caloric intake down but you are eating healthy fats and satisfying foods so that although you are cutting calories, you don’t feel deprived. Deprivation is a big problem in many diets because that’s what causes you to cheat and overeat. The type of foods in this diet are described as having the ability to impact your belly’s ability to shrink.

  6. I’ve tried this before, basically. If you can’t tolerate chocolate, or it makes you grave more carbs, just cut it out. Also, most kids get too much caffeine with dark chocolate, so it might not work with a child diet.
