How much WuLong tea should you drink?
Wulong does have a higher caffeine level than some other teas such as black tea, green tea and white tea so you need to be careful if you are sensitive to caffeine otherwise you could impact your ability to sleep as well as have heart palpitations or the jitters. Some who have iron problems may have problems with absorption so it’s also wise to be careful about excessive caffeine intake. If you’re not drinking other caffeinated beverages you can likely drink 3 cups per day. It’s wise not to exceed 3-5 caffeinated beverages per day (including tea, coffe, soda pop).
Wulong tea is in the same family as black and green teas but is reported to have a level of fermentation that provides excellent fat burning potential.
